Sue Smith the founder of 360 Social Care Consultancy is a registered Social Work Manager; she has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Social Work, is a qualified Practice Teacher, and has a number of management qualifications. She is also a Trainer in a number of areas including Safeguarding adults.

Sue has expertise in residential and home care management, social work management within hospital and community settings.
Sue has worked extensively with provider organisations to help them to improve the service they deliver using benchmarks and action plans defining short medium and long term goals.
She has provided or arranged supervision, training and development services for staff and management; enabling the service to be more customer focused and Outcome based.
A number of the providers who have received this support have been enabled to improve their star rating with the Care Quality Commission.
